Program Description

Accreditation

This symposium is accredited by the Royal College of Surgeons of England for Continuing Medical Education. This symposium attracts 12 CPD credits for delegates who attend the entire symposium.

Educational Design

The program has been designed to highlight topical issues in this growing arena. The first day of the program highlights recent advances in aortic and mitral valve surgery. It will be in the format of didactic presentation followed by panel discussion. There will be a series of debates including case studies.

The second day is devoted to the management of aortic disease, especially surgical treatment of aneurysm.

It is aimed at trainees, independent operators and established divisions in the field of Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery.
